Good management, flexible schedules - Anonymous employee Denali Group Employee Review

Well established, organized company. Enjoyed my experience of those in the office and those on the jobs. Great work if you want to keep in shape physically, plus you're on a new job every couple days to keep from getting bored. The company recognizes hard work. Saw many people move up through the ranks and make a career with the company after starting as movers.

Summer time being the busiest season, hiring enough people is critical. Unfortunately sub-par talent ends up getting hired which makes the jobs of those who care difficult. But the company recognizes hard work and keeps the good ones around.

Not much much good to say about this company, which is why I left.

This company is horrible to its customers. Personnel in the claims department are completely swamped because of the amount of damage done to customers' property. There is high turnover and they are totally incompetent. They are trained to everything they can do to deny a customer proper compensation for damaged property. A horrible place to work.
