Pros
I have worked for the company for 2 and half years and have been with it through the pandemic working from home as well. Starting off this review with honesty; it is a smaller company and has the issues that any small company has. That being said, the people who I work with have been some of the best I have. Management consists of Doctors and the literal makers of the system you work with, which lends more personality to everything as this company really IS your company too. They listen to everyone and want to be approached about issues and improvements correctly. Changes happen and being able to roll with them is needed but the management is literally right there changing with you. Free lunches every Friday are amazing. Room to grow and always they look internally for promotions before looking for an outside higher.
Cons
As it is a smaller company, onboarding can be a littler different if you come from larger companies with huge HR departments with videos and presentations and binders full of facts and sheets. Training and onboarding is more personal as you are sitting with the team almost day one, seeing how things work internally and on a day to day basis. When things get busy, things are busy with little down time.
