      Old style rigid values, Imaging you are building a hotrod, you choose Ferrari engine, then Model T for body designed to do 25-30/hour max. Blame culture, even you follow all specifications you are responsible for everything even if your manager instructed you do do it wrong... Production code developed by interns (without code reviews) Software development without any design

      Pros

      Don`t have any. They will ask for research to do and ignore it.

      Cons

      System development before system design No HIPPA any where. Brilliant conversion of COBOL to 4 GL database conversion without any understanding of 4GL.
