Pros

Great learning experience, fast paced. Hygiene schedule is kept full. New technology in office. Other wise no positives, staff is rude.

Cons

Poorly ran, the Dentist is a bully who takes all of her personal problems out on the staff and patients. Unprofessional work environment. Hygiene pay is ran off commission. High turnover.

Learned quickly, always something to do, some of the staff are friendly, decent benefits

This business is absolutely ridiculous. Before I started here I read reviews about the place and the Doctor, Anna Smith. I should have listened. There are hundreds of reviews of this business explaining how crazy/rude the doctor is and how the business in general is a scam. I was hired for a very short time with the job description "call center." I was put in the poorly put together, almost unfinished basement that is separated in to rooms by cheap rental walls and sheets hung from the ceiling. My computer was outdated and even crashed every 15 or 20 minutes. I could understand this for an up and coming business that is trying to get it's footing. But NOT for an expensive Dental Office with private information about their patients that has been open for years. Most of the coworkers actually expressed how psychotic the doctor is and made it apparent that any small mistake is met with yelling or severe consequences. Dr Smith was on vacation from the day I was hired to the day I was let go. They all expressed how glad they were to not have Dr Smith there for a little while. As if they were abused children rather than employees. I worked there for a total of 5 business days. I am a hard working, friendly professional and I went above and beyond to pick things up quickly. I got a whole days work finished in a few hours, to the point where they sent me home early because I had already done everything they needed done (correctly I might add.) They fired me and would NOT give me a reason. They said "it's not a good fit." I cannot understand why not because like I said, I went above and beyond in that first and only week I was there. Then they escorted me out as if I were trespassing. Everything here is overly expensive, the owners are pompous and stuck up, and I would NOT recommend anyone work here. This place needs to either get it together or close completely.
