Pros

Lots of work, and in some cases good work. The pay is comparable to other firms of the same size in the same area. The benefits package is very comprehensive.

Cons

The high turnover puts the firm at risk for limitations claims. Clients are often upset that their files are turned over to new lawyers regularly. There are significant office politics and little in-office communication. Very few new lawyers stay long enough to become partner. Their cost overhead to be 'international' must be obscene, and the place operates no more efficiently than a government, Management asks for truthful feedback but incentivizes the complete opposite. Strangely, despite the firm's size there is little in the way of in-house development programs, and most junior lawyers are left to either sink or swim.

Pros

Everybody there cared about working together, no ambushing, The pay was great, hours and workload manageable, I loved this firm and would go back in a heartbeat! Shout out to IT and the Assistants - their cooperation is on the next level of the "united means success" the firm enjoys.

Cons

I didn't experience or hear about any in my 5 months there, and I was on-site 4-5 days a week. I only left because I needed to care for my Covid-stricken only child.
