      Good people - the few originals that are left Close to the subway Nice building

      Crumbling Department Overworked employees Passive Aggressive Managers Incompetent Managers Regional Micromanagement Low Pay Embarrassment of a bonus Inconsiderate Management Does not take well to positive critics for improvement Intimidating scare tactics Takes credit of others work when presented to fee-earner No streamline of communication to express issues Management only cares about fee-earners and NOT support Management play favorites when it comes to increases (if any)

      Pros

      Everybody there cared about working together, no ambushing, The pay was great, hours and workload manageable, I loved this firm and would go back in a heartbeat! Shout out to IT and the Assistants - their cooperation is on the next level of the "united means success" the firm enjoys.

      Cons

      I didn't experience or hear about any in my 5 months there, and I was on-site 4-5 days a week. I only left because I needed to care for my Covid-stricken only child.
