Work at your own pace but in a timeframe to complete, not much of walking and work because you'll be on your EPJ most times. And I worked graveyards so it was quiet
Cons
just like any job, there are always employees that are, friendly, helpful, obnoxious, doesn't talk, fast, no stress/no mess, happy one, jester, and theres that favorite one (suck up, company pet)
