Deployed was a bad decision - Tax Accountant Deployed Employee Review

Basic employee benefits. Doesn't cover HMO of dependents. Doesn't support professional growth. Lacks employee engagement. Not inclusive. Accounts with smaller teams are often neglected by the management. Never offered team lunch /dinner. Whenever I raised something, I was treated as if i was only bringing issues to them, not even trying to listen to what I was saying.
