Pros

The ONLY good thing I can say about working here is that you're able to get hands on and a lot of exposure to different areas of IT infrastructure.

Cons

I had an extremely negative experience working here, if you're an IT professional seeking work I'd suggest avoiding this company: . Vague and poorly explained expectations . Lack of communication and feedback . Incompetent management and leadership . Poorly maintained knowledge base that's out of date which you'll likely be blamed for . Every action or word heavily scrutinised with surprise "meetings" when you least expect it . Lack of training, very much a "Go and learn yourself" mentality and everyone is too busy to sit down with you for long . Unfair "feedback" process, good luck pointing out facts or trying to debate with leadership and HR, once they've decided they don't like you they drop you in less than a day with no chance to defend yourself.
