Pros
Will hire any body, do not care how the work is done or by whom. They will switch you between contractor, hourly, salaried without any notice, to cook the books. This place is revolving door.
Cons
You will not learn any thing unless the company can make money of your skill. To much favoritism, to many people in management, no HR. No overtime pay, just overtime hours. "NON COMPETE" with minimum wage pay. Non existent communication between workers and management.
