Was a good experience for me and helped me advance my career in the cosmetics field. The work load was challenging but I did learn a lot.

Some coworkers were not the best to work with.

I have been with DermaQuest for well over a year. It is true that we are a small company, and we wear many hats sometimes to achieve the tasks. That is part of what makes the team at DermaQuest unique and great to work beside. We are also slated for rapid growth, which can have its' downside if you are not prepared to be a part of an evolving team and an evolving brand. I have found this relationship to be challenging at times but believe in being a part of the solution rather than being a part of the problem.

It can be difficult when a company "cleans house."
