Pros
I've worked for Desalitech for a little under a year and I can honestly say that the culture and work environment is one of the most positive that I have encountered. Every employee is dialed in and enthusiastic about helping the company meet its short and long term objectives. Our CEO is very passionate and devoted in seeing Desalitech prosper. The senior management team is very receptive to new ideas, and they each employ an open door policy, you'll never feel that your ideas are ignored or stifled. Desalitech also has great benefits and flexible hours - especially for someone that is raising a young family. The work/life balance is very soothing - I never feel that I am sacrificing one aspect of my life to satisfy the other. Desalitech is very much still in a start up mode, but the business has grown exponentially in the short time that I have been employed here. It's an exciting time to work for this organization. Cons
Although not truly a negative but as the company is still in a start-up posture, they're really looking for self-driven individuals. Desalitech doesn't really employ some of the infrastructure that you would anticipate at a more established workplace.
