Pros
The medical benefits were 100% paid by the company. This is no longer true. This use to be a wonderful place to work until about 3-4 years ago, now it feels like your in prison. This is a great place to work if you want to be micro managed by someone who doesn't even know how to do your job.
Cons
The Managers and Supervisors are clueless about what needs to be done. Their is lack of communication and no employee support from the Human Resource department if you happen to have an issue with someone in the upper admin department. They hire "Efficiency experts" to fire employees. The Doctor's need to wake up and do something about what's going on there.
