Toxic workplace with no culture - Account Manager Design Bridge and Partners Employee Review

Where to start? No culture, like a machine, going through a merger which is total shambles. Lots of toxic people with big egos. Worst company I’ve worked for, some nice people but feels like a call centre with very boring packaging projects. No benefits other than free manky fruit. Avoid if you want to have good mental health.
