Pros
The firm is lead by well diversify leaders, whom are hands-on to every single projects that they are working on. Previously i work with Big names firm, the Architects' are famous, but they are never been seen on site nor during trouble times. In DCA, they have 2 strong business strategies, 1 will assist during site problem, resolve at the most amicable solution for both consultants and clients. Another leader will advise on management styles.
