Pros

If your in the clique, you have no problems.

Cons

This company had 3 people resign on the same day in November 2023. Two of which were associate level or higher. Then 2 more resigned in December 2023, one was principal level. End of year bonuses were minimal (less than 2%) and raises similar (~2%), less than cost of living. There were 4 promotions at the end of the year, 3 of which were associate level or higher. There was 1 new hire in January 2024, The company has continued the interview process with several prospects throughout the first 4 months of this year and continued to go to college/university career fairs to meet potential new hirers. March 2024, there were 2 additional promotions, both principal level. April 2024, the company laid off 5 people, Only one was associate level, the rest lower level staff. The company cited economic reasons for the lay-offs and later sent out a company wide notice that the company has been operating at a loss since November 2022. Operating at a loss for almost 18 months and multiple high level promotions do not match up.

Pros

Decent Designs, good team efforts

Cons

Where to begin. President is a narcissist jerk to most people. Plays favorites and retaliates against people he doesn’t like. Runs the place like a dictatorship and has turned a once good firm into a joke. Sexism is real, and senior leaders are both full of themselves as well as afraid to cross the President. If you get on someone’s bad side you’ll be gone for. Either they’ll let you go or make you so miserable you want to leave anyway. Run away and don’t look back.
