The team is really the best part of Design Force (other than the cool projects we get to work on). We have team members that are in-house from all around the world and we get to collaborate with some of the most talented individuals. We have great clients that allow us to partner with them on really cool projects and the team always does a great job.

-founders are genuinely awesome, approachable, humble, and grounded. -great HR team -team generally nice, though remote work means you don’t really get to know anyone -Pay is on time -fully remote(8AM–5PM) -Mondays food claims

-Not flexible working hours -Deadlines are brutal, most tasks are due within a few hours -Work can get monotonous, not much room to experiment or grow new skills -There's this one AD -Benefits and perks are pretty minimal -Hard to stay motivated when creativity feels more like compliance
