Design Henge has been an incredible journey for me both professionally and personally. The work culture is collaborative and supportive, with a strong focus on creativity and innovation. Management is approachable and genuinely cares about the growth and well-being of each team member. There’s a lot of room for learning and career development, especially in design, development, and product management roles. The company also encourages initiative, so if you have ideas, they’ll listen!
