No transparency with bosses and employees. You are expect to know everything without them telling you. No clear communication. Need to see bosses’ mood to ask questions - very emotional. Favoritism is very obvious, you won’t be liked if you are local. Foreigners are at a higher level in the company. Bootlicking works.
