Pros
Unlike many places in this sector, staff employed directly by the museum rather than an agency. This allows team to feel like a more valid part of the organisation, and VE staff are made to feel welcome to engage in other museum activity and apply for other roles.
Cons
When working there (around the time of their site change), things were a bit chaotic, and VE team often challenged by visitors about the lack of (free) content to be seen, but this was not too frequent.
