      Cool company, poor benefits - Industrial Designer Design Partners Employee Review

      Pros

      Work with a lot of great companies.

      Cons

      No pension plan, no healthcare or any other benefits (not sure how they are getting away with this with). Expected to work a lot of overtime for no extra pay (standard day is 9-6 Mon-Fri, most companies tend to finish at 5pm for a better work life balance). I had to work a few weekends as well. Salary lower compared to other companies in Ireland.

      Pros

      The atmosphere in design partners was absolutely great, everybody was friendly and there was real focus on collaborative work. The building itself is amazing, from 3D printers to the highest tech conference rooms - it really has it all.

      Cons

      Honestly not much wrong with the company, pity I was only working there part-time.
