Fantastic place to work and company culture - Anonymous employee Designated Employee Review

I only have great things to say about designated, being fully remote there is strong emphasis on team culture, despite having to work virtualy with your colleagues. Senior management give clear instructions on tasks and support is always there if you need it. There is no drama, office politics or toxicity. This really is a great place to work that fits around family commitments.

Honestly there aren't any, other than that post covid it would be great to get together even more in person.

In the 3 short months I have been employed with designated, I have learnt what it feels like to work for an employer who actually cares for you. I don't feel like "just a number" here, they are so family orientated and ensure a really good work/life balance. Everyone is so caring. Management have set up half hour weekly teams catch ups every Monday to find out how our weekends have been, to find out what our tasks are this week and if we are struggling with anything and if we need a hand. That to me speaks volumes on the types of people that they are. I genuinely can not fault my experience with this company.

I don't have anything to fault, i have never felt so "at home" in a job as I do here at Designated :)
