Leadership continues to hire even though COVID-19 is impacting the world. They have a "nationwide" vision, for creating better-built environments. They have gotten really good at filtering employees in the organization that do not match up to the company core values. The current employees are some of the most competent in the latest systems in the industry and they set up an environment where other staff members can learn. The firm works on projects all throughout the city and in multiple states at varying scales. If you want to learn about single-family homes or large multi-family projects, the Architecture Team gets involved in very high profile projects. The clients that the firm works with are some of the best, and even lower-level staff are able to interact with clients, wherein other firms you may not have an opportunity for years. If you are hungry to work and eager to learn, this is the place for you.

The company is constantly updating and working through a "never settle" core value which keeps them always finding better ways to improve their projects and processes. If you are complacent in your work attitude, you will not like this place.
