- Part-timers aren’t valued / disregarded by upper management even after years of employment - Company has an “anyone can be replaced at any time” attitude - Hierarchy within the workplace - Condescending environment - No room for progression ie. Management will regard individuals outside of the company with no relevant experience to be promoted instead of existing, loyal staff - Extra effort is disregarded - Sales Assistant role is unlike common roles ie. expected to do more than the offered pay - Upper-management are extremely unprofessional and inexperienced with managing a company and it’s staff - reflected within a high % of employee resigning
