Pros
Designers Edge is a great company. The workload hours vary - some weeks are short and some weeks can be longer, but OT is big and it pays off. The PMs are really great, they help you grow in your skills and genuinely care about you succeeding. They'll sit with you and walk through redlines and best way to improve. Management cares about it's employees. They hear us out when we have concerns and always try to find a solution.
