The company has a bond system where they expect people in this day and age to surrender all their educational documents to the company for a duration of 2-3 years. It is illegal but they get away with it because they hire people who are either in need of a job or do not know better. Salary is always late, do not expect to be paid before the 15th (if you are lucky). People are expected to work for 12- 14 hours every day. They are not paid for overtime. Weekly offs depend on the moods of the management. Some people have to work on sundays too. It is basically not a company but a badly run school. The administrative (Admin+ HR+ Finance, all in one) department is a mess. Do not expect any documentation or support you might need. Do expect to put up with their incompetence because apparently they run the company. Management is still stuck in the 1970s. They hire people for their qualifications and then try to tell them how to do their job. When that does not work, they target the employee. No systems and processes in place. Nobody knows whats happening or what they are supposed to do.

There is nothing good about the company..feel pity about the special people as they cant raise thier voice against anyone..they are slave of the high authorities

The management is so very bad, they hire special because they can't argue as they will not get job elsewhere. Never ever join this company in marketing, sales, admin department as you can never grow there. Guys please take this serious, if u struggling to get job still never ever join this company...worst company in my career of 9 years. The person who does not do anything but licks your feet, you pay them in 6 digits and asks others to bring business of crores...co has no rules and regulations...u r forced to work till late night (sometimes 2 at night) and next day u need to come at 9 sharp. No sat no sun should be taken as holidays and if you dnt come they cut your salary...worst nightmare of my life..withing one week of joining I wanted to leave and finally I left
