Pros
It's pretty decent for a 9-5, honestly! But you have to be personable and extend an arm and get to know people if you really want to thrive. There is room to grow if you are will to get your hands dirty. Generally project teams operate in a flat structure (title structure is not flat obviously, but ways of working is). Back to the first point, we are all very human, so not as much pressure to constantly uphold stuffy corporate culture, but just be a normal and personable.
Cons
Its only momentarily as Designory works through change management with Omnicom..so not completely a fault of the company, but mergers and company changes have stripped a lot of the positive energy and life from almost every part of the company. We are starting to make a comeback nearing the end of 2024, but there is a lot of work to do to get back to where we were.
