      - Not much guidance (need to figure out things yourself) - Can be intense at times - Small teams per market

      Pros

      Remote work, credits to use on desk booking.

      Cons

      Cofounders don't do any of the work. Just hire people to do things. Not very smart either, so not much to learn from.
