Cons
There are a couple cliques that can be intimidating, but they’re kind people once you get to know them.
Just requires patience and kindness.
A narcissistic "boss" who shoots from he hip and doesn't seem to have a clear strategy. Cult-like environment. Unwillingness to listen to employees. Lower "managers" who have zero managerial experience and frankly don't belong in the positions they are in, as they have no concept of how to communicate, motivate, or foster a positive team environment.
