One of the highest turn over in staff I have ever seen for a company which is down to unrealistic targets and high pressure put on you from management, if targets are not met you are made to feel disposable. Hours are very long and tiring most nights staying back hours to get stuff done or working on your days off as there is so much pressure to answer call after call and get as many bookings possible. There is no such thing as work friends or team spirit as everyone keeps to themselves so you can feel very alone. If you are hitting targets then great managers will love you however if you are not then you are targeted and pushed out.

This company should be reported for the appalling way it treats it's staff. Highest turnover ever experienced. At interview and training period, told so many lies. Management are too busy making sales and bonuses themselves that absolutely no time to sort issues for customers. Existing agents actually steal bookings/commissions from each other and management does nothing. Do not work at this company, check out the reviews on Trustpilot from clients. Company does nothing once the sale is made. Vastly inflate costs and refuse to assist customers. Long hours and relentless complaints from customers who can't reach the service team and take out their frustrations at the sales team as we were the only ones who answered the calls. Avoid at all costs!!!

Remote work was better than being in office

Very little support when things go wrong, despite asking for help, help and further training never came
