Pros
There is still an opportunity to learn a lot if you are pro-active and can work stand-alone. You can be permanently busy on the projects if experienced enough.
Cons
Management lost the last spark of decency. Many people leaving the company after working 5-10 years, being completely demotivated by the leaders. Despite any official performance indicators the evaluation of employees is done based on personal attitutude of the some managers. Work Life Balance is definitely not about this company. Level of scareness, untransparency and sycophancy is increasing from day to day.
