Pros
good environment, good team. good projects. Sometime managers are not very good at keeping projects active, I saw at least 3 dead projects in my 1 years on devbase
Cons
low salary, they usually pay a bonus the 13 month but in many cases the RRHH try to avoid it. you also should return all the benefits when they lay off.
