      Pros

      *Decent leave time *They have a large field of work, so you can move around. *Good work life balance.

      Cons

      *It's hard to get into "real engineering" work here. That's my biggest con. *Like most places, leadership sometimes cause basic duties to be slow and tedious. Leadership never really has any answers to any questions.
