      Freedom (no one really cares)

      - Bad salary or if you choose the option of being employed and having an consulting fees towards the company you're working towards, they essentially will take most of it without giving you anything in return. - They will essentially threaten the company you work for, that if you go over to them, they will "pull" all their consultants. Essentially making sure you won't leave.
