The renaming of DZone to Devada marked a significant change to the approach and strategy of the business. Under new ownership since late last year, we have seen a lot of change. Some of it was hard, but all of it is positioning us better for growth in the future. The company had simply gotten to the point where it couldn't grow any more doing things the way they had always been done. So now we are transforming ourselves in terms of business processes while still keeping our eye firmly on the same mission. And you couldn't ask for better colleagues to work with - up and down the management chain. Everyone is smart, dedicated, interested in collaborating and doing what's best for the best as a whole. We share ideas, learn from each other and support each other. As we move into this next phase of growth, we have wonderful opportunities ahead of us.

There has been a lot of change and it has been hard. For those who have been here a long time, it's been a lot of change over a long time and that creates pressure and stress.
