-Good job expirence- cooking food ( and making it for ) people with pathological disablities, giving out medication, learning to drive a van.
-Work on holidays is double pay and over weekends is one dollar more.
Cons
-Not the job for everyone-the times are not for people looking for 9-5 Monday through Friday.
-It is not a job that is clear cut with black and white answers-there are a lot of grey areas that can be hard to navigate through.
