High staff turnover, inconsistent and POOR management practices, and a lack of clear processes. There appears to be a culture where favouritism can influence decision-making, and staff who are not aligned with internal dynamics, get pushed out.

Toxic company culture, extremely high turnover, dodgy management of invoices to clients, poor cashflow, low salaries, bullying of staff, patronizing behaviour from the CEO, his wife and senior leadership.
