      Great company, great culture, great people. An amazing place to work on cool projects, improve and grow within the organization.

      None that I can think of, management is extremely accessible and listens.

      Pros

      Ramped up to a full agile process with designers and testers. Agile stories were very detailed and I could just pick up the ticket and run with it.

      Cons

      The project started out very ad-hoc without much structure. Took a few months to get organized and efficient.
