      Pros

      The company has a very good onboarding process, which makes it easier to adapt and understand the work environment. There are also opportunities for professional growth and development. I really appreciate the weekly speaking clubs sessions on different topics, as they help maintain and improve my English level while also giving a chance to communicate with colleagues in a more informal atmosphere. The team is friendly, supportive, and always ready to help.

      Cons

      So far, I haven’t noticed any major disadvantages. Overall, my experience has been positive.
