      There is always some work to do Really good interview process Ability to play around with lots of technologies New Year and Birthday presents (love them) Speaking clubs (at least my speaking club, they are awesome) Really cool mangers (shoutout to our Edu team!!!)

      There is always some work to do (depends on the project) Sometimes there's just too much work to do (depends on the project) Time management can be a pain

      Pros

      The company has a very good onboarding process, which makes it easier to adapt and understand the work environment. There are also opportunities for professional growth and development. I really appreciate the weekly speaking clubs sessions on different topics, as they help maintain and improve my English level while also giving a chance to communicate with colleagues in a more informal atmosphere. The team is friendly, supportive, and always ready to help.

      Cons

      So far, I haven’t noticed any major disadvantages. Overall, my experience has been positive.
