Pros
- Possibility to work from home. - Very low workload as the company is not interested in generating real results, the whole business is based entirely on appearance and image. - Upper management is completely self absorbed, inexperienced and clueless, therefore lots of freedom and leisure time with no pressure to deliver on any projects or tasks.
Cons
- Company has no substantial strategy and zero market expertise, the business objective is ultimately about projecting a fantasy image to gullible investors. - Terrible place if you want to do actual work, salaries are ultra low with zero benefits. - Work environment is toxic with a well connected inner circle of management milking the company for investor money.
