- Worst case of "who you know" I have seen in my professional career. Openly promoting people who are under-qualified based on who they are friends with - Pays 10-20% below market, particularly in the "support" functions - Promotes a "culture of learning" but failure is used as a tool for mudslinging amongst senior management
