      Pros

      I have worked as a developer for Devix for nearly a year. The work environment and people are great. Development managers make you work hard and use all of your C# and .net knowledge. The CEO, Suneel Sawant takes the time to email encouragement and congratulations. I was very flattered that he would take the time to speak to me.

      Cons

      Management and peer pressure to meet deadlines is high. Everyone takes their job very seriously here. Not a place for you if not dedicated.

      Pros

      Very driven company management. Have learned a lot in a very short amount of time, the learning never stops. Exciting customers. I work with a great group of people and have made many friends since joining company. Management is very quick to point out successes and mistakes.

      Cons

      Long hours are expected and high expectations, which can be stressful. A high degree of professionalism is expected- always, is hard to live up to. Management is very quick to point out successes and mistakes.
