I have worked as a developer for Devix for nearly a year. The work environment and people are great. Development managers make you work hard and use all of your C# and .net knowledge. The CEO, Suneel Sawant takes the time to email encouragement and congratulations. I was very flattered that he would take the time to speak to me.

Management and peer pressure to meet deadlines is high. Everyone takes their job very seriously here. Not a place for you if not dedicated.

Very driven company management. Have learned a lot in a very short amount of time, the learning never stops. Exciting customers. I work with a great group of people and have made many friends since joining company. Management is very quick to point out successes and mistakes.
