Nothing good to share. If anybody wants to work without salary then it's good
Cons
Salary never come on time and they always holds 1-2 month salary of every employee, because if any employee leave to company they never pay their hold salary Worst Environment to work. Less salary and never ask for salary Poor management at all. No process. Not learning anything and no carrier growth.
