      Boss is a narcissist compulsive liar. Had to wait over six months for a company laptop!!! I asked about it every week and every time I was told that it's already ordered and should be delivered any time soon. Most people quit because they can't stand being treated like kids

      Interesting project (for me) and people, very interesting company culture. Support from the broader group. Salaries way above average.

      Classic software house - your satisfaction depends on the project you're a part of. Late working hours.
