Pros

- You will find work here, in abundance sometimes. - Colleagues are good. If you work together, you will bond over how things should change in this company.

Cons

- There is nothing called a ‘team’ here. People in charge have no idea of leadership. Responsibility is heavily lacking. - No rewards, no team building exercises. Three years I worked here and the company took us dinner twice. And that too non-alcoholic. If you have never seen how other companies excel at moral and team building exercises, you would think this is great. This is not, in reality. - Inadequate work to life balance. You would shine here if you have no personal life or hobbies. - Poor office location, extremely dull office decor, no canteen. Unenthusiastic environment. - Politics to the level of BJP - In one week, you would feel like that’s all there is to life - Nine hours work and... just that.
