Pros
If you prefer real work instead of bla-bla-bla about work, you definitely will like this company. Very friendly environment, interesting smart people, flexible work schedule when you need it. The absence of any officialdom and formalism.
Cons
Not so high salary in comparing with similar companies (but still competitive). There is a lack of diversity in the projects, in my opinion.
