Pros

If you do well, you're well compensated. Housing is paid for, good bonuses, travel reimbursements and prizes and trips.

Cons

Training depends on which team you land on. Can be excellent, can be non existent. There is no support for the salesforce from corporate and the branches. The branch managers hate the salesforce with a passion and sometimes will do things like cancel accounts or refuse service just to add fuel to the fire. Company often has trouble hiring enough technicians to support ambitious salesmen results. Appointments are frequently canceled or rebooked leading to sales retention issues. One secretary for the entire salesforce. Getting a hold of corporate can take anywhere from 3-10 days depending on time of year. Not an efficient company. Direct deposit may or may not work. Most depend on old-school checks. No health benefits.

Pros

Easy job if you can handle the swings from management in this company. Expect new upper management every year and new lower management on a regular basis

Cons

A lot of time is wasted by meetings, office talk. Commissions is how to make money, a lot of customers will cancel because of office/ company issues you can’t control
