      Great Culture - Vice President Sales Dexibit Employee Review

      Pros

      Dexibit has a really good culture of supporting one another and being celebrated for who you are. You walk in an instantly feel comfortable and invited in. I think everyone I first met greeted me with a hug to welcome me to the team. You can tell that everyone is really committed to their role which is refreshing to see from jobs I have had in the past. I've never felt like I have been micro managed - but rather supported and taught.

      Cons

      This is a global company with offices in DC, New Zealand and London. This makes it harder to get a question answered quickly but it's not the worst thing.

      I'm so happy to know that's your experience - we're great believers in the importance of diversity and celebrating what makes us all unique as individuals. My favourite team tradition is Friday game night - such a nice family feel with everyone around the table.

      Great purpose, cool product, impressive customers, powerful industry focus! amazing culture, very inclusive and diverse team who are all so friendly. We all have a say in shaping the future of what we do and how we do it. Cool experiences and lots of learning opportunities.

      rapid growth means a lot of change and a lot of work!!

      Awesome culture. The CEO is actually caring and kind. Lots of flexibility and support
